I do recommend the huffington post articel too, cause at the bottom there is a collection of female artist whos work is (or seems to be), like Cohens, inspired by Cindy Shermann. Shermann is a wonderful artist, one of my favourites anyhow. The women gathered here are worth to check out too 🙂
